Rosemarie Beck, founder of Merit Alliance & Merit Performance Systems, currently serves as CEO and President. It was at the very beginning of her career, while serving as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care facility, that she quickly discovered her love for the elderly and began developing exceptional quality services for those in her care.

Ms. Beck’s passion to serve the Long Term Care community drove her to become an expert in clinical and financial reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid regulation and law, and to excel in navigating the often complex mazes that accompany those services. She soon realized the positive impact this could have on Quality of Care and launched Merit to offer assistance to other Providers.

Today Ms. Beck is recognized for her impeccable reimbursement model and work with every major Fiscal Intermediary in the nation. She sits on CMS peer groups and acquisition analysis teams around the country and has forged relationships between Providers and Long Term Care lenders and investment groups.

Rose is acknowledged as one of the only Registered Nurses with a specialty in Clinical and Financial Reimbursement, and is pleased that the foundation and core values of Merit are based on the same passion which drives her to serve the LTC community.
